FAQ
-
Absolutely — and this is something we care deeply about.
We believe safe, ethical aesthetics should be accessible, not exclusive. If cost is a concern, please talk to us. We’d always rather you came to a qualified, regulated clinic than felt pushed towards cheaper, unregulated treatments elsewhere. We can discuss staged treatments, bundles, or payment plans to make things manageable
-
Yes. We offer Clearpay and Klarna to help spread the cost of your treatment.
These allow you to divide payments into manageable instalments, subject to approval by the provider. We’re also happy to talk through treatment plans that can be spread over time rather than done all at once.
-
This is one of the most common concerns we hear.
Our approach is always natural, subtle and bespoke. We focus on enhancing what you already have rather than changing your face. During your consultation, we’ll talk openly about your fears, your goals, and what you don’t want. We will never push you into a treatment that doesn’t feel right for you.
-
That’s completely okay.
A consultation is a discussion, not a commitment. We’d rather you take time, ask questions, and feel confident in your decision — even if that means not proceeding at all.
-

In Scotland, prescription-only aesthetic treatments must be prescribed following a face-to-face medical consultation. This is to ensure your safety.
Seeing you in person allows the prescriber to assess your medical history, facial anatomy and suitability for any risks that may not be apparent remotely. While it may feel like an extra step, it ensures treatments are carried out responsibly and in line with Scottish Medical regulations.
