At The Aesthetics Studio, we strive to provide the highest standard of care and service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, the following policies are in place:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to accommodate our clients wherever possible. However, to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee to the value of the treatment deposit, appointment can however be rescheduled once per treatment (see below).

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment will avoid any fees. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This ensures that our time and resources are used efficiently.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients who may need our services. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing excellent care and quality services. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all clients:

  • Treatments: Once a treatment has been completed, refunds cannot be issued. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. A follow-up consultation may be arranged to address the issue.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment.

 

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure that we can provide the best service to all clients, we kindly request punctuality for appointments:

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled. In such cases, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.

Medical Disclosure Policy

Your safety is our top priority. To ensure all treatments are appropriate, we require full disclosure of your medical history during your consultation. This includes:

  • Any current or past medical conditions.

  • All medications or supplements you are currently taking.

  • Any allergies or adverse reactions to products or treatments.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the cancellation of your treatment without a refund. If you are unsure about what to disclose, please contact us prior to your appointment for guidance.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information:

  • All personal and medical information shared with us is treated confidentially and stored securely in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

  • We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

  • You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, or request its deletion at any time. For further details, please contact our team.

Treatment Suitability Policy

Not all treatments are suitable for every individual. During your consultation, our trained practitioners will assess your needs and medical history to determine the best course of action. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will recommend alternative options or a personalised treatment plan.

Payment Policy

To secure your booking and ensure a seamless payment process:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We accept payments via cash, card, or bank transfer. We also have the option to pay by instalments via our payment gateway. Clearpay and Klarna are available when booking via our booking system.
